Khoor Salt Lake
Overlooking Khoor salt lake and date palms from Garmeh village in the heart of Dasht-e-Kavir desert in Iran.
Residents of Abyaneh consists of mostly elderly men and women. These people have preserved some dialect of historic Persian language which is referred in some resources as Sassanid Persian language and has been disappeared from contemporary language centuries ago.

Wind towers or wind catchers are playing an important role in traditional Persian architecture. They would be found in most cities and towns near dry geographical deserts of Iran. Not only are they used as architectural façade elements but they are used as ventilation feature of building structure. When Earth and Heaven come close there are no words in between.
Abyaneh is one of the oldest villages in Iran which dates back to Sassanid period. It is located at the foot of Karkas Mountain south of Kashan in Isfahan province. The village is easily recognised by it's reddish colour due to existence of iron oxide in the surrounding terrain from which the mud break buildings has been built. Residents of Abyaneh are mostly elderly people and their clothing and language are rooted in earlier times.

Abyunaki women traditional costume typically consists of a white long scarf with colourful floral pattern, along with colourful dress and pairs of under dress pants. This outfit is rooted in earlier times.

Lotus, the symbol of life also renowned as main Iranian king's symbol in Chak Chak Zoroastrianism shrine near the city of Ardakan, Yazd Province, Iran.
